Mowers Direct currently delivers within Victoria, Australia only.

We do not ship to the following locations:

  • Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
  • New South Wales (NSW)
  • Northern Territory (NT)
  • Queensland (QLD)
  • South Australia (SA)
  • Tasmania (TAS)
  • Western Australia (WA)
  • International destinations

2. Delivery Cost

Victoria
A flat delivery fee of $350 AUD applies to all orders delivered within Victoria.

Shipping to locations outside Victoria is not available at this time.

3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 4:00pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Most deliveries within Victoria arrive within 2–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Customers located in regional or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

5. Delivery Method

Deliveries within Victoria are typically completed by our in-house delivery team using company vehicles, ensuring your mower arrives safely and ready for use.

6. Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details or access issues, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.

Multiple failed delivery attempts may require rescheduling or customer collection.
